Ready To Learn was created to provide free books for children in the St. Louis area, to help prepare them for success in the classroom and in life.

Research suggests that one of the best ways to improve reading for kids is to increase their access to books. On average, there is ONE book for every three hundred children in a low-income neighborhood.

Ready To Learn partners with schools in the St. Louis area to give students the opportunity to own their first books and to encourage a love of reading.
